Adaptive Reuse Agreement for 13,500 sq ft Two-Story Renovation

We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document B101-2017, Agreement Between Owner and Architect, for the adaptive reuse of an existing two-story building. The approximately 13,500 sq ft building underwent interior renovations to accommodate new program areas and a new elevator and exit stair, along with site improvements including parking lot upgrades. The Architect’s fee was around $150,000 including structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), and civil engineering subconsultant fees.
