We represented an architecture firm responding to a subpoena for documents and testimony in a person injury lawsuit involving a condominium project. We counseled our client, worked with its professional liability insurer to activate the “pre-claim assistance” benefit, thus preserving their deductible, and influenced the litigants to not name our architect client as a party defendant.
