We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document B105–2017, Short Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect, for a hospice and palliative care facility renovation of an existing office/warehouse building, encompassing architectural and engineering services, interior design, and furniture, furnishings, and equipment (FF&E) procurement, with a focus on securing favorable terms for our client’s service as the owner’s FF&E procurement agent.
