We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document B101-2017, Agreement Between Owner and Architect, for a new 9,500 sq ft, two-phase interior build-out within an existing warehouse, encompassing a two-story office structure, a wine lab, shipping and receiving, and parts storage. The architect’s scope includes overseeing structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services.
