We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document B101-2017, Agreement Between Owner and Architect, to construct a new three-story, single-family residence with a detached garage. The project encompassed about 3,865 sq ft and included a basement, fire sprinkler system, and Type III-B construction.
