Architect Agreement for Community Center Feasibility Study

We represented an architecture firm to negotiate a customized AIA Document B102–2017, Agreement Between Owner and Architect without a Predefined Scope of Architect’s Services for a community center feasibility study. Using the B102-2017’s flexible lack of a predefined scope of services, we defined the architect’s responsibilities, including programming, existing conditions documentation, zoning analysis, building systems and structural assessments, concept design, and recommendations for other areas of the program.
