We represented an architecture firm to negotiate a $250,000 fee amendment to a non-standard Master Services Agreement (AIA Document B101-2017, Agreement Between Owner and Architect, which is not ideally suited as a master agreement) with a community college for a renovation and infrastructure project, encompassing design and construction administration services.
