However, quick and cost-efficient Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) – including mediation and arbitration – have certain advantages over court litigation. Lawsuits can divert client attention away from their current projects and can threaten their hard-earned relationships. Nevertheless, Jeremy is an aggressive courtroom advocate when that best serves his clients’ interests.

Jeremy prepares and records mechanics lien claims with great caution. He has successfully protected property owner and developer clients from dozens of liens with minor technical defects.
