Jeremy Baker was admitted to the Minnesota Bar in 2004. He fondly remembers appearing in court and taking depositions in the Twin Cities, navigating the downtown skyways and tunnels on frigid winter days while rushing to prepare deposition exhibits. He’s taken his family from one end of Minnesota to the other – including recently in a 34-foot RV he towed behind his Chevy Suburban from Chicago up to Voyageurs National Park, where his wife and four kids spent a few days and nights on a houseboat, enjoying the natural beauty of the boundary waters.
Jeremy has always maintained his Minnesota law license in good standing, but chose years ago to move to “voluntary restricted” Continuing Legal Education (CLE) status in Minnesota so he could focus where his former law firm wanted his attention, in New York and California, and the major population centers between – without giving up his place in Minnesota. In 2025, he began completing CLE requirements to restore an active practice in Minnesota, reflecting his continued interest in a state where he spent meaningful time as a young lawyer.
The firm looks forward to rekindling connections in Minnesota’s design and construction community, while Jeremy remains open to speaking and writing on legal topics for Minnesota audiences.
