We represented an architecture firm to negotiate a two-phase Owner-Architect Agreement for a new police facility with an estimated construction cost of $7.2 million and an architect’s professional services fee of about $325,000 for design and construction administration services, using AIA Document B103–2017, Agreement Between Owner and Architect for a Complex Project.
