We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document B101-2017, Agreement Between Owner and Architect, for renovation of two existing three-story multi-family residential buildings for seniors, totaling 120 units. The project, part of a larger affordable housing preservation effort, included interior renovations, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) system upgrades, and site improvements, with a construction budget of about $10 million and a design fee of about $450,000.
