$13M Luxury Mountain Residence Agreement Negotiated

We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document B104–2017, Abbreviated Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect, for a new construction project in a mountain west town. The project, a luxury private home in a modernistic style, encompassed about 9,600 sq ft with an estimated construction budget of $11.5 million. The architect’s fee for the project, which included all phases of service from concept design through construction administration, was about $1.5 million.
