$17M Single-Family Residence Agreement Negotiated

We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document B101-2017, Agreement Between Owner and Architect, for the design of an approximately 12,000 sq ft luxury single-family home with a $17 million construction cost budget. The project, which includes features to accommodate a significant art collection, encompasses various spaces such as multiple offices, garages, and bedrooms, along with extensive landscaping, and includes basic services for structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), and lighting consultants.
