We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document B101-2017, Agreement Between Owner and Architect, with a design services fee of around $350,000 with the owner of a single-family home in the Mountain West, featuring a 3,850 sq ft main residence with various living spaces, a two-car garage, and covered outdoor areas; the project scope also includes site master planning for future guest and bunk houses, and coordination of utility extensions and connections to water and sewer systems, with a construction budget exceeding $2.5 million.
