$20M Airport Project Architect-to-Architect Agreement Negotiated

We represented the subconsultant architect to negotiate a $460,000 fee agreement with the prime architect for services on a major airport terminal expansion and renovation project. This $20 million project includes a new passenger boarding bridge, expanded passenger waiting areas, and renovated restrooms. We gave particular attention to the task and responsibility matrix exhibit, which clearly delineated the division of services between the two architecture firms.
