We represented an architecture firm to negotiate multiple AIA Document C401-2017, Agreement Between Architect and Consultant, with its subconsultants, for a $25 million public elementary school annex and renovation project. This complex, publicly bid project – overseen by a Public Building Commission – required a skilled team of subconsultants in design disciplines including structural engineering, civil engineering, landscape architecture, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEP/FP) engineering, energy modeling, vertical transportation, acoustics, roofing, lighting, permit expediting, and sewer televising.
