We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document B101-2017, Agreement Between Owner and Architect, for an 8,500 sq ft, $3.2 million health clinic annex, with a $385,000 design services fee. The project scope included design phases I and II, encompassing architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), civil, landscape, kitchen, and lighting design. The agreement addresses site challenges, including maintaining clinic operations during construction, soil contamination, and stormwater management.
