We represented a highly acclaimed architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document B101-2017, Agreement Between Owner and Architect, for the design and construction administration of a luxury, high-end mixed-use development with a $300 million construction budget in a beach town. The project, envisioned as two approximately 30-story towers, will include about 675 rental units, about 5,500 sq ft of retail space, and structured parking for about 1,300 vehicles. As Design Architect, our client’s scope of services under the agreement includes concept design through design development, with an Architect of Record firm responsible for interior layouts and construction documents.
