We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document B101-2017, Agreement Between Owner and Architect, for a new construction multi-family residential project. The project comprises a 49,000 sq ft, five-story building with a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, totaling 50 apartments, and includes on-site parking. The design incorporates sustainable features and complies with local development policies and regulations. The construction budget was about $18 million, and our client provided architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services.
