We represented a property owner and investor to negotiate a $1.5 million stipulated sum AIA Document A104–2017, Abbreviated Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor, for upgrades to four commercial auto dealership buildings, involving selective demolition, electrical and HVAC upgrades, and paving improvements.
