We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document B102–2017, Agreement Between Owner and Architect without a Predefined Scope of Architect’s Services for a multi-phase project involving campus planning and renovations for a non-profit social services organization. The project prioritized accessibility and energy efficiency, with a phased approach allowing flexibility in aligning design and construction with funding from private and public funding sources, including the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA).
