We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document B101-2017, Agreement Between Owner and Architect for a private high school renovation and addition. The project, with a design fee of $650,000, includes a performing arts space and a new student center, requiring architectural and interior design. The scope involved renovations, new construction, and coordination with a collaborating architect and subconsultants in structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering, civil engineering, lighting, audio-visual, and acoustical engineering.
