Architect Contract for 22,000 sq ft Penthouse Office and Atrium Project

We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document B133–2019, Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect, Construction Manager as Constructor Edition, for a downtown office consolidation project using a construction manager at-risk project delivery method, which saw our architect client collaborate with the construction manager in the design phase before the construction manager built the project as would any general contractor. The project involved renovating about 22,000 sq ft of penthouse office space, including a central atrium.
