Architect Contract for Women’s Shelter with Full Multidisciplinary Team

We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document B101-2017, Agreement Between Owner and Architect, for a new shelter design for homeless and abused women, with a project team including structural engineers, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers, landscape architects, civil engineers, a cost estimator, and a trauma-informed design consultant for this special use case.
