We represented an architecture firm during negotiations for a tenant improvement project in an exclusive part of a major city’s downtown. The project involved designing an executive-ready office suite. Our client’s work encompassed all phases of architectural and interior design services, from initial concept through construction administration, including furniture selection and permitting, with a $240,000 fee and a 16-week construction administration period.
