We represented an architecture firm to negotiate AIA Document B121–2018, Master Agreement Between Owner and Architect for Services provided under multiple Service Orders and an initial service order, AIA Document B221–2018, Service Order for use with Master Agreement Between Owner and Architect, with the project owner, a vertically integrated multi-state operator in the cannabis industry, to design a roughly 100,000 sq ft cannabis cultivation and processing facility expansion for an approximately $775,000 fee.
