We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document B101-2017, Agreement Between Owner and Architect for the renovation of a 7,500 sq ft unit in a high-rise building in a major metropolitan area. The project involves renovating parts of two floors and has a construction budget of some $2.2 million. The agreement includes basic services for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering and lighting design, with the lighting consultant based internationally.
