Contract for $3.5 Million Auto Dealership Electrical, HVAC, and Site Work

We represented a property owner and real estate investor to negotiate an AIA Document A101-2017, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor where the basis of payment is a Stipulated Sum, for an approximately $3.5 million upgrade to a commercial auto dealership and its associated parking areas. The project encompassed selective demolition, electrical and HVAC upgrades, and paving improvements.
