We represented a real estate investment and operating company, with over two million sq ft of commercial space nationwide, to negotiate an AIA Document A103–2017, Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor where the basis of payment is the Cost of the Work Plus a Fee without a Guaranteed Maximum Price, for an approximately $1 million tenant restaurant build-out in an existing shopping center.
