We represented a swim and tennis club to negotiate a roughly $4 million AIA Document A101-2017, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor where the basis of payment is a Stipulated Sum, and its related AIA Document A201-2017, General Conditions of the Contract for Construction, for pool and clubhouse improvements. The agreement addresses the use of two design professionals (architecture and aquatic design), a critical summer season completion date, and ongoing club operations (platform tennis) during winter construction of the new pool and clubhouse renovations.
