Cost-Plus GMP Agreement for 285 Unit Senior Housing Project

We represented a real estate investor and property owner to negotiate both an AIA Document A102–2017, Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor where the basis of payment is the Cost of the Work Plus a Fee with a Guaranteed Maximum Price, and a subsequent GMP Amendment with a general contractor for renovations to a 285-unit senior living community on 40 acres.
