We represented an architecture firm to negotiate a comprehensive Design Services Agreement with design team fees of about $500,000 for the renovation of an existing building into a community center with a construction budget of about $4 million. The agreement encompasses all phases of architectural and engineering services, with subconsultants in civil engineering, landscape architecture, kitchen design, lighting design, structural engineering, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering.
