Design-Assist Agreement for College Boiler Plant Improvements

We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document C403–2021, Agreement Between Client and Consultant for Design-Assist, with an engineer for a college boiler plant improvements project. We successfully negotiated the agreement after raising concerns about several clauses and recommending that our client ensure that the prime agreement was executed, before the C403-2021, to protect their interests.
