We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an agreement with a design-build firm for the first phase of a multi-phased, $6 million cannabis grow facility renovation project, using owner-specified equipment for a temporary grow room, and covering about 25,000 sq ft of an existing 57,000 sq ft warehouse.
