Design Collaboration Agreement for Mountain West Financial Institution

We represented the Design Architect – collaborating with the Architect of Record on a project for a financial institution in a Mountain West town – to negotiate AIA Document C401-2017, Agreement Between Architect and Consultant. The Design Architect, as “Consultant,” led the conceptual and schematic design, while the Architect of Record was responsible for construction documentation, with both parties having construction phase responsibilities.
