We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an Owner-Architect Agreement with a fire protection district, with $400,000 fee, for the renovation of a public safety building, including design and construction administration services. We also assisted our client with various AIA Document C401-2017, Agreement Between Architect and Consultant, for this project.
