We represented an architecture firm facing a demand for mediation related to alleged design deficiencies and delays during a high-end residential renovation. We liaised with our architect client, its professional liability insurance carrier, and defense counsel appointed by the insurer to develop a defense strategy. Simultaneously, we pursued the significant outstanding fees owed to our client, something insurer-assigned defense counsel could not do.
