We took quick action to protect our architecture firm client from an imminent judgment in an out-of-state lawsuit which our client, due to mitigating circumstances, had largely ignored. The lawsuit – involving a patron’s significant injury at a gaming facility which our architect client had designed and alleging negligent design – carried the potential for imminent, substantial damages against the architect. Our rapid intervention prevented the judgment and secured the architect’s professional liability insurance coverage, ensuring a full legal defense in the complex litigation.
