Representing an architecture firm, we negotiated an AIA Document B152–2019, Agreement Between Owner and Architect for Interior Design and Furniture, Furnishings, and Equipment (FF&E) Design Services, for the interior renovation of a major hotel. The project scope, valued at around $14 million construction costs, encompassed a comprehensive renovation of public spaces, guest rooms, and corridors, based on a detailed list of improvements provided by the owner. The agreement included specific consultant services for lighting, surveying, civil engineering, and landscape architecture.
