We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document B101-2017, Agreement Between Owner and Architect, for the renovation of a two-story clubhouse at a private club, with a construction budget of about $16 million. The project includes renovations to the kitchen, dining, and lounge areas, as well as the creation of new outdoor terrace spaces and updates to other interior finishes, affecting multiple levels of the existing building. Our client hired a full team of design consultants, including structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), landscape, civil, interior design, lighting, code, and specification writers.
