We represented the property owner to negotiate an AIA Document A105–2017, Short Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor, to construct a luxury home. The hard construction costs were targeted to be around $5.3 million. The project encompasses extensive work, from excavation and foundation to custom millwork, high-end finishes, and a sophisticated smart home system. The agreement includes detailed specifications for a range of features, including a swimming pool, outdoor cabana, multiple fireplaces, and integrated technology systems.
