We represented a prominent architecture firm in a federal lawsuit arising from a construction dispute, successfully preventing the architect from being added as a party to the litigation. Our representation included advising the firm its overall strategy and tactics, liaising with its professional liability insurer, helping with document production, defending the architect’s deposition, and preparing the principals of our architect client for trial testimony – where they ultimately appeared as a witness, not a defendant, the best outcome for our client.
