We represented a real estate investor and property owner to negotiate an AIA Document A104–2017, Abbreviated Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor, on a cost-plus fee basis, with provisions for sharing savings under the guaranteed maximum price (GMP), if any, between the owner and contractor, for construction of a new animal hospital.
