We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document B101-2017, Agreement Between Owner and Architect, for the interior renovation of a historic single-family row house, including a new deck and rear yard opening. The project scope is limited to avoid affecting the home’s historic facade and addressed tight tolerance to adjacent homes.
