We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document B101-2017, Agreement Between Owner and Architect, with a park district owner for complete architectural services, from design development through post-construction, for the interior and exterior renovation of an ice arena, inclusive of structural and mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEP/FP) engineering, for a $200,000 design services fee.
