We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an Owner-Architect Agreement including concept design and master planning services for a clubhouse renovation and expansion in the Mountain West. The project scope encompassed assessing existing conditions, developing conceptual designs for a 24,000 sq ft renovation and a 10,000 sq ft addition, coordinating with the owner, general contractor, and consultants, and preparing site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and a three-dimensional (3D) massing model.
