Owner-Architect Agreement for 17,000 sq ft Facility

We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document B101-2017, Agreement Between Owner and Architect with a $750,000 fee with a non-profit owner for the renovation of an existing 10,500 sq ft building and construction of a 6,500 sq ft addition. The project included community spaces, program areas, and offices, with dedicated areas for support services, all designed with flexible and adaptable spaces to accommodate the organization’s needs.
