We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an Owner-Architect Agreement for a gaming facility at a major entertainment complex. The five-phase agreement, covering schematic design through construction administration, protects the architect’s interests regarding subconsultants, intellectual property, termination, and disputes, among other issues, with a $350,000 fee for our client’s architectural services.
