We represented an architecture firm to negotiate an AIA Document B101-2017, Agreement Between Owner and Architect, for the renovation of a non-profit organization’s facilities, including interior and exterior improvements to part of an existing building to house administrative offices, a food pantry, a kitchen, and support areas.
