We coordinated with our architecture firm client and its professional liability insurer to respond to a subpoena related to a public project bid dispute, where the plaintiff, a contractor with a disqualified low bid, sought extensive information regarding the project and winning contractor selection. Our prompt response – under the “pre-claim assistance” provisions of our client’s professional liability insurance policy – allowed us to efficiently address the subpoena and protect our client’s interests.
